Social Media Manager - Fully Remote or Bristol - £20,000 - £25,000
A rapidly growing digital agency in Bristol are looking for a Social Media Manager, in a role which can be done fully remotely.
The role would suit someone who has gained social media experience either through freelance work, at an agency, or or in-house. It would be ideal for someone looking to take a step up into a role of genuine responsibility, where you will be able to develop and shape the social media offering for the agency.
Duties and responsibilities:
Take ownership from day one for key clients social media accounts (organic and paid strategy and execution).
In time, helping the agency to construct a first class social media offering. With support from the senior management team this will include both marketing and delivering the service, implementing scalable structures and best practices and planning/executing the growth of your team.
Setting clients’ social media strategy across appropriate channels - primarily paid media, secondarily organic.
Helping to oversee and manage client’s social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) by creating innovative & high quality content that engages client’s target audiences (alongside in-house design support).
Ensuring social media targets are met for digital campaigns.
Monitor, analyse and report results against key social metrics and KPIs to provide the business with insights, recommendations and strategies for continued improvement.
Supporting the growth and development of the social media team.
Support in creating and pitching new business presentations.
