The Opportunity

Flowers Associates are delighted to be offering to the market a newly created role that offers room for progression, along with a fun and dynamic working environment for a knowledgeable Social Media Executive.
You will be supporting the Digital Marketing Manager, in a well established Leicester based company, who are the market leaders in their field. After a recent rebrand, they are looking for a talented, enthusiastic team member who will help further grow the business with their social media content.

The Role

In brief, it will be your responsibility to drive the day to day running of all social media content across multiple channels, such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Linked In and Twitter.
You will have a firm strategic understanding of the brand, and will drive sales through social media content imagery and videography.
The successful Social Media Executive will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Execute the social media strategies for the company’s brand across all social channels.
Create and design all necessary assets for social media campaigns.
Track and analyse social media metrics and provide reports on performance and optimisation opportunities.
Monitor and respond to customer enquiries and complaints via social media.
Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our social media strategy remains innovative and effective.
Use initiative to make quick and informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The Ideal Candidate

Are you a creative designer with at least one years experience in a social media environment?
Are you able to create unique, catchy material using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro and After Effects?
Do you have strategic thinking and have an enthusiasm to drive the growth of a business?
Do you have an eye for detail and are passionate about brand growth?
Have you previously driven social media campaigns?
Are you able to work in a fast paced marketing environment and work well with both customers and team members?
If you can answer yes to all of the above,  then this could be the role for you!

As well as the above, you will also be supported to grow with the business, and development towards a career as Social Media Manager, if you so wish.
